Lawrence Triplett, the salesman, was courteous, explaining how they work. My husband and I agreed to go with them on March 22nd. The materials were dropped off on May 14th. Due to the rainy weather, the crew post was postponed until Saturday, May 18th. They came early to work, around 7 am. The production manager, Rich Bryan, came in person to see the work and coordinate things progressing. He kept us updated on what they do. We are delighted with our new roof and will use their service again.“
