“Amber "Nicky" Greene is simply the best. After my PCP left the clinic, I transferred to Nicky. I've never felt rushed during any appointment and always feel like she has my best interest at heart. She takes the time to listen and understand what the issue truly is. She is willing to be more progressive versus the traditional medical "standards" we are normally accustomed to. The staff that works alongside Nicky are some of the most friendly and caring nurses and employees I have met at the clinic.“

“I was in Hematology & I went back to the Infusion room on April 17 @8:30am. This was new to me and my body had some reactions to the treatment, but the way they staff immediately responded to me getting me quick solutions to feel better. It was a scary process because I was new. It was mostly women and one male of the shift and they all were very attentive to me which made me feel safe and in good hands. They made sure I was comfortable and helped with whatever I needed. They were always giving me kinds words and motivations since I'm currently in nursing school. My mom also noticed their hard work and it gave her a huge sense of relief knowing that the staff was extremely knowledgable with quick responsive time. They have shown me some of the best care, and anyone would be BLESSED to have them caring for you. I hope all great things in their future! :)“

“Between both of my parents, my husband, and myself, we utilize nearly all the services at PCI. We have seven different doctors that we see between clinics here and we truly appreciate the good care we receive here. Like with all doctors, it is important to advocate for yourself so they understand your needs clearly. I feel that each of our doctors at PCI have clear communication and great nursing and support staff. I would recommend PCI to others.“

“We have been here many times whether it be for regular appointments or the urgent care on the top floor. The staff has always been very courteous and polite. “Dr. Goedken’s expertise and prompt treatment were a lifesaver. I am thoroughly impressed with his skills and grateful for his care.

I experienced severe back pain and spasms that forced my left arm into an awkward, immovable position above my head. I went to urgent care at 8 am, but they couldn’t accurately diagnose the problem and sent me home with pain meds that offered no relief. Desperate, I visited the ER at 4 pm, but after 8 hours, they, too, sent me home with pain meds that didn’t help.

After 34 hours of relentless pain and immobility, I visited Dr. Goedken. He immediately identified the issue and treated me, providing the first relief I felt in 34 hours. For the first time, I was able to move my arm and rest it by my side, and I could perform basic tasks without my husband’s help.

“I had the opportunity to spend several hours in Hiawatha Care Center across 3 days while in town to visit a family friend who is receiving post stroke care there. Each employee I encountered in those 3 days impressed me as being engaged with the people in their care, tender hearted, respectful and patient. I know my family friend who is there and the family are grateful to have found such a wonderful facility.“

“These people are ama.zing. When I went infor my scheduled appointment I had a waiting time of about a minute. The nurse verified my name and that I had not been sick. I did not even feel the needle. And all patients are watched to make sure they are ok. I would not hesitate to go back again or take a friend there.“

I had trouble with the company I used to use in another state and was concerned she would not be able to get my records and my CPAP switched over but it was no trouble for her.

I received the help I needed to obtain my supplies and ensure a good fit.

Communication has also been good. They reached out to me when I was due for my supplies and scheduled when it was convenient for me. I am retired so it is easier for me to schedule during the day.“
