I had a stellar experience with the young woman who helped me. She was knowledgeable, courteous and really friendly. And she was not at all annoyed when I mispronounced her name. ;-)

I had trouble with the company I used to use in another state and was concerned she would not be able to get my records and my CPAP switched over but it was no trouble for her.

I received the help I needed to obtain my supplies and ensure a good fit.

Communication has also been good. They reached out to me when I was due for my supplies and scheduled when it was convenient for me. I am retired so it is easier for me to schedule during the day.
