He took me through the cost (which is really quite reasonable), and wasn’t pushy, but gave me the option to think about it and let him know at a later time. He then proceeded to provide my regular service. He texted me what all he had done, in detail (in addition to what I received in my email from the company). “We had called Genuine Wildlife Control after hours for droppings that we had found, they sent someone out the following morning and to our surprise they were from bats in our attic. The process for removing bats was much more in-depth than I had anticipated but luckily Dan was able to come up with a solution and got rid of the bats in a few days. We used them for pest control when we lived in Des Moines for years, and when we purchased a farm and moved to south central Iowa, we knew it would be a challenge to get the same level of service.
