Our experience with Genuine Pest Control from start to finish was outstanding! We were able to get a next day appointment, Edward was friendly and did a great job...he called ahead of time, wore protective shoe covers, explained how the chemicals worked, and was very efficient. Would definitely recommend!
Sam arrived Promptly and did a home inspection. Service was very friendly and informative. Before he left my driveway I was provided with a written estimate of the recommendations given.
Sam was very professional and informative. Very detailed in his inspection and very detailed in the plan for remediation needed. Sam was patient and answered all my questions and concerns. Estimate for services needed was concise and reasonable.
