Ken was great. He was on time and spent a reasonable amount of time going over every room and space and making notes. He is very pleasant to work with. It was our first appointment but I believe we are going to be very happy with their services.
Technician, Mr. Beaudet, was timely, professional, knowledgeable, and spent time explaining everything and answering all my questions. Will not hesitate to call again if or when I have a problem.
