I had a great experience working with this company. They responded incredibly quickly when my skylight started leaking, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Before the roof replacement, they even covered the skylight with a clear temporary material so I could still enjoy the natural light while protecting my home. It was such a thoughtful touch.

Throughout the project, communication was excellent. They kept me informed, answered my questions, and were easy to reach whenever I needed anything. They also went above and beyond by helping with a few extra requests, including washing my windows after the job, which I really appreciated.

Pilcher just replaced the roof on my home and garage and I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and politeness. Their quote was competitive and reasonable, they came on time, finished the job in a day with their great crew, and cleaned up absolutely everything perfectly.

Pilcher did a great job of replacing my concrete drive way in front of my garage. The concrete is smooth and professional looking. They gave special attention to make sure my car did not scrape the bottom. They also fixed the side walk. I definitely recommend Pilcher and will hire them again.
