“Our business used Grayson Drakes Construction INC to build a new raised dock for our warehouse in march 2025. Seth was amazing to work with! Always ready and available to answer all of my questions. He came out for multiple site visits to explain the where they were in the project and to discuss any additions we wanted while we were in construction. Seth and his crew were very professional, as well as a pleasure to work with. The work got done ahead of schedule even with external delays. Would absolutely recommend this company and will keep them in mind for future projects.”

“I had a great experience working with this company. They responded incredibly quickly when my skylight started leaking, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Before the roof replacement, they even covered the skylight with a clear temporary material so I could still enjoy the natural light while protecting my home. It was such a thoughtful touch.

Throughout the project, communication was excellent. They kept me informed, answered my questions, and were easy to reach whenever I needed anything. They also went above and beyond by helping with a few extra requests, including washing my windows after the job, which I really appreciated.

The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and it’s clear they genuinely care about doing quality work and taking care of their customers. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional construction and roofing company.”
