“I'm extremely satisfied with my new windows. They entire team was very thoughtful and great listeners. The sales representative, Nick, was the best start to the excellent experience. I blown away with knowledge of the process and the product. I decided to use the loan company, Nice was very helpful in navigating me through the process and I would add he was patient and understanding with me. Nick set the tone for the whole project to go smoothly. I felt very reassured that Window World also sent a sight engineer, Kendall, to assess the framework and styling of my 1898 house. All the measurements and windows fit perfectly. Having his expertise in construction made for the best visual outcome I could ever hope for. My home look historically preserved and it looks beautiful. I want to say how much I appreciate Dale, one of the contractors who installed the windows. He put me at easy and gave me a great confidence of the procedure of the installation. Dale and Jeff both were very careful to remove the trim and replace it. like it never happened. I'm very fussy about visual finishes and there caulking abilities were impressive. Every little piece of scrap was picked up and cleaned, inside and outside. “We were referred to Paul with R&P Construction from another local contractor back in February. I requested a quote from Paul by phone to replace our wooden soffitt (DIY by the previous homeowner...) with aluminum. He called me and texted me to let me know he got my message, and he emailed me the quote within a few days. He was very reasonably priced and great at communicating (which I love from any contractor!!). They were able to come today (4/21/2020) and do the work. He had a few guys with him and they replaced our soffit within two hours of arriving. It looks incredible!! SUCH an improvement. The crew cleaned up after themselves and Paul was very kind to speak with. I hope we get to hire them again for other projects in the future! Would definitely recommend to others.“

“They were on time starting the roof and finished with in the same day. Materials arrived as scheduled. Communication was timely. Very pleased with all parts of the process form beginning to end. Very accommodating and easy to work with.“

“It did take them some time to get to us. They probably had many other jobs. That's just a give in. The most popular businesses have the longest wait time. But once they got to us the work went quick and efficient. The workers knew their jobs and they did them. In the past we talked to Dan Young directly. But he probably has reasons why he can't anymore. Our main contact on the last roofing project was Jamie Hamilton-Howell. She was knowledgeable and worked with us well. Gave us a good idea of the pricing and other details and listened to feedback from us. There was a previous roofing job where Dan Young more closely directed a project. He had to deal with the poor job of a company from Clear Lake - I can't remember that other company's name but I know they are no longer in business. Dan and his team did the damage control on that well. We would likely seek their services for future roofing jobs. There will always be another storm - hail, wind, etc.“
