Even if you consider yourself a longtime yogi, each class provides a new challenge. I've never had attended a bad class here in my years going to B-1. “Meg has always been an amazing yoga teacher. She targets abs, legs, glutes, and back. She has an amazing voice. She always has a positive energy about her. The studio itself is very comfortable, hovering around 93 degrees, and it is usually scented with essential oils. It is one hour of amazingness!“

“I love coming here for a monthly float! It's a chance to unwind and to not think about everything that stresses me out for just a 30min float. (They also offer 60min and 90min) Sometimes, I just can't relax or sit still, and my mind runs constantly, but my float is the one spot where I make it my mission to make myself my mission. The owner is super down to earth and has provided Dubuque with a unique spa experience.My personal recommendation:Wear the ear plugs, use the water pillow, and have the music labeled 'Dawn' play for the whole float.
