“I'm not sure what is going on with this company but I was informed via a letter that 2 of my providers I've seen for many years have been let go. Both are wonderful, compassionate, and spends the time listening to you. I had absolutely time to contact the clinic for medication refills as I had just had my annual physical less than 30 days ago. Now I have to establish a new PCP and see them before I can get my medication. Also ive been esiting for an overpayment refund and was told it cld take awhile to receive as they only have 1 person working in that dept. Such BS!!! If they can't handle their finances maybe they just need to close all together“
