I’ve had hearing aids for maybe 6 years and was always pushing my hearing aids in.
I thought I was stuck doing that until today.
I got a contract with Killean Audiology last year when my warranty expired.
When I finally mentioned it to Monica Duve Au.D. this year she found a cover much more suitable to my ears.
She told me if there’s any little thing bothering me to let her know.
I sure will because she said I hadn’t been hearing as well as I should because the pods were to loose.

Dr Duve takes the time and patience to make sure you understand and are comfortable with hearing test, getting hearing aids. She is always a phone call away if a problem arises. Definitely recommend her to everyone.
I could not be happier with my experience at Killlean. I needed a new pair of hearing aids because I had misplaced my last pair. I met with Monica and I had told her what I liked about my last pair and more importantly what I didn't like. She obviously listened and really cared about my concerns.Monica went above and beyond expectations by researching new hearing aids that just came on the market and were not even on my insurance company's plan yet.
