There is only one place in Des Moines that I will take my dry cleaning to and that is Victoria Cleaners on Ingersoll. The final product is always top notch, but it is the service provided to me by Iris which has me returning weekly. I can not think of a more dedicated, professional employee who truly understands what great customer service means!

Iris del Cid and Brianna, are amazing to help out with me when I needed an item done on a pinch timeline! Super helpful, cordial, and willing to be flexible. I just go there just because of the employees great service. They know what they doing. Thank you thank you!!

Great place for dry cleaning!!! I moved up the street and this place has done a great job! I have to wear a shirt and tie everyday so I was up there quite a bit. Drop off and pick up days are Monday Wednesday Friday which I didn’t like at first but I got used to it. Highly recommended for your high end clothes that need dry cleaned!
