The staff was helpful and friendly and did a great job juggling the phone that was on hold to verify my insurance, and helping everyone that came to the counter and they did it flawlessly. They even took time to print off a detailed receipt for a client who had questions about her billing.
Forever grateful for this practice and Amy! She was genuinely concerned and heard me out and explained things extremely well for me to understand! She has a kind heart and helped me finally get answers for my daughter.
We had an excellent audiologist Rachel Archer. She has a positive personality and very knowledgeable which was very helpful with our visit. Appointments were easy to set up and the staff was very accommodating.
