AMAZING! We have had nothing but trouble since our AC was installed (2) years ago (by a different HVAC company) -- trouble enough that we were told to get a new one (from a different HVAC company). Logan came over to provide a quote for a new AC unit and kindly offered to check out our current unit. He took a peek and realized that the company that installed our furnace didn't adjust the settings correctly so it kept freezing up. It has been months and the unit is STILL working like a charm! 10 STARS!
Logan and the entire team we’ve communicated with have been amazing! Super knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them, they’ve helped us with an air conditioning issue and have gone above and beyond to figure out and fix our unit.
Not sure where to start. We had a duct cleaning, new HVAC and Water Heater completed the end of April 2025. True Comfort had to respond to the current challenges our country and the HVAC world is facing. Throughout it all they kept us informed, provided options, had last minute updates and everything was completed to perfection. There is no another HVAC Company in the Des Moines area that can match them. Thank you ❤️
