When you lose someone a small delay can feel overwhelming. A simple misunderstanding can feel much bigger than it really is. And that’s not wrong at all. when you’re hurting, everything feels heavier. I’ve learned that in those moments, frustrations aren’t really about the details. They’re about loss. What I can honestly say is this... the people here truly care. While visiting my loved ones at the cemetery, I’ve watched them stay after hours to help families, in my case they double-checked paperwork, walked my family through decisions gently, and they for sure carried more than just logistical responsibility. I have family buried at Sunset. I have seen the property drastically change for the better. They added a new funeral home on-site and the cemetery looks so much better.An overall great location. Celebration of Life, Traditional funeral/burial or Cremation funeral services with or without a burial. Love the cremation garden niches on east side of funeral home. Southside Des Moines near the airport.
