I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Monica during a couples session over Valentine’s Day weekend while visiting my boyfriend in Des Moines. I’ve had monthly massages for the past five years across the country, and I can confidently say Monica gave me one of the best massages of my life.
She made me feel completely at ease, intuitively understanding my needs and focusing on my problem areas with deep, thorough therapy. Beyond her incredible skill, she radiates a peaceful, compassionate energy that made the experience even more special.

Melisa at Soulshine is amazing. She is well practiced in a variety of techniques and modalities, and has done a great job in relieving a bunch of stubborn problem areas I've had. Just feel like a million dollars after leaving the studio, and all stress relieved. Highly recommend!
Melisa and Monica are both marvelous massage therapists. Have been to both of them several times and they are great at tenaciously working on problem areas with a variety of techniques; many stubborn aches and pains relieved with great skill. Wonderful experience!
