12-15-2025 Grant was very professional, courteous, friendly and flexible. He found what our issue was with our furnace even though appointment was originally for just annual furnace maintenance. He got the repair completed and then scheduled with his office to come back the next day for maintenance since it was late & he still had one more service call. 12-16-2025 Grant was back to run furnace maintenance that had to be rescheduled due to time restrictions on 12-15. Well we started with warranty information was 7 years not 10 then went to the price which was 470 for 15 minutes work not a good start. After I spoke to the repairman they sent out he stated I cleaned the outside of the entire air system no charge, then I asked him for another charge to me would he be able to make sure the furnace was working okay for the winter time, he kindly told me after the trouble I had with the company he would do it but no charge to me. Professionalism , integrity, and I told him he just saved a customer, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone anytime
Been using Service Legends for years. I highly recommend their club membership for the system checkup and discount on service calls. Every tech that has come out has always been respectable and knowledgeable. Will never use another service.
