The staff of this store provides the highest class customer service.I was in a pickle and needed a last minute fix with my glasses. Without hesitation the fine gentleman working 5 minutes prior to closing time on a Friday evening fixed my glasses. During my short impromptu visit, I noticed that their inventory had really awesome and trendy frames. The gentleman who helped me seemed highly knowledgeable of eyewear and was so friendly. If I’m ever in the area again and am in need of glasses, I will without a doubt, 100% visit Russ’ Uptown Optical.

Wow!I read the newspaper on a tablet, while working out on a stationary bike. Kyle recommended real glasses instead of the cheap readers I was suffering with. Doug had them made, and they really MAKE my daily workout…Thanks, Russ’ Uptown Optical!!!

I had an excellent experience!I have a difficult situation/prescription and Doug and crew were very helpful! They are very nice to work with and bent over backwards to make sure I walked away a happy customer. Highly recommended!
