Jacob and Terrell were professional and friendly! They took their time and were thorough looking through our house for evidence of where rodents were gaining access. The guys respected our property, wore protective gear, explained the safety measures, answered our questions, and did not rush doing their job. Jacob and Terrell made sure we were satisfied with their work before they left.

Jacob Trammel and his associate were here today to complete the work of removing racoons from our attic. He explained in detail what they were going to do to ensure all racoons had been removed, and how they were going to repair the hole where the racoons had been entering the house. The work he did was extremely thorough. He even checked other areas around the house to make sure there were no other entry areas. He checked with me throughout the process to see if I had any questions or concerns. Jacob was very professional and personable. He is a great Terminix employee.
