I’ve been with Aptive for about 4.5 years now and I have been extremely pleased with service they provide. Technicians are knowledgeable, professional and are always available to answer/address any questions or concerns I have. The only issue I have is the price. I understand costs have increased across the board but the price has increased $20 since 2025 and $40 since 2021. That is a bit disappointing. However, I would recommend Aptive to anyone who is needing solutions to their particular pest problems.
Doing service this time is worthless it's just to cold, hope I don't get charged for this, the tech did what apparently the company told him to do nothing against his work, Aptive needs to think where we're at and the weather we're having.😕
Zion did my pest control but I was not able to be there. Looks like he took care of all the spraying, etc for the outside of the house. Look forward to meeting him at some point in the future.
