The service is good they take care of my concerns and a little more, it seems to be working I've seen a decline in pest, mostly those sugar ants as I call them, there are a few other words but... great company just don't agree with there cancelation fee.
I’ve been with Aptive for about 4.5 years now and I have been extremely pleased with service they provide. Technicians are knowledgeable, professional and are always available to answer/address any questions or concerns I have. The only issue I have is the price. I understand costs have increased across the board but the price has increased $20 since 2025 and $40 since 2021. That is a bit disappointing. However, I would recommend Aptive to anyone who is needing solutions to their particular pest problems.
