So....long story short. Neighbor calls says they have mice....uh I live in a townhome. Duh, I call the people.
Appointment right away. Adam comes out...bam so friendly, knowledgeable and concise. We create a plan. Schedule made for a corrective 3 days later. Due to stupid Iowa cold, Carlos and Jacob have to come out at 7pm night before appointment and let me tell you they handled everything with humor, compassion, knowledge and respect. Mad props to these 3 gentlemen, because I was grossed out and stressed over this and they did their thing and left me with the sense that all will be well.

I continue to be impressed by the work Mike does. He is helpful on routine pest control, but always makes time for immediate/urgent needs. I havent had the sort of pest issues i was dealing with since working with Presto-X Pest Control and i have Mike to thank for that!
Presto-X Pest Control is fantastic for any and all of your pest control needs. I work in a century year old church and even with all of our efforts we still get the occasional church mouse. With the wonderful weather we have received this year our building has had our fair share of the little visitors. I called Presto- X to say that I’ve heard some activity, within 2 days our technician Michael was at our office to inspect, he even called and came by the office the next day to check on the building.
