Jordan came out to repair our broken cables on our door. He showed up an hour early and we looked over the door together because I had a few other issues I wanted him to check out. Jordan gave me three options to repair my door and I made my choice. I asked how soon he could do the job and he said he had all the parts he needed in his van and could have it done today ! Less than two hours later Jordan came and got me and said he was finished. He went over everything he replaced and the door has never worked this good. Kyle was here on time, diagnosed the problem, dumbed down the problem with options for repair and fixed my issue all within an hour. He was professional and helped work with my home warranty. As a first time home buyer with no experience I will continue to use Precision based off of his service and I will recommend him to anyone having any issues!

Very happy with the service provided by Precision Garage Door. When our garage door wouldn't open, we first called the company that installed it when the house was built. They couldn't get to us for at least a day, so we called Precision next (because I had seen many of their TV spots and they have great reviews) and they said they could have a tech at our house in a couple hours. Kyle arrived in the promised window, checked everything to determine the issue, and then had the door fixed--all within two hours.
