Serviceman Merle arrived promptly and took care of replacing the bottom piece, that keeps out cold air and water. While replacing this part, Merle found that the garage door was not closing properly, since it was uneven, so he took the initiative to fix it. I really appreciated the extra effort Merle did on his own, which another company may have not done!
They have excellent customer service and do excellent work at fair prices. They got back to me within an hour when I had a door problem before a holiday weekend. My door works like new again, thanks!
