Our while experience with Paragon has been wonderful! From my initial call to the personal in home quote, everything was fully explained. The day of our deep cleaning, the team come early with of course a curtosy call, and the boss showed up since this was our first time and made sure the team knew exactly what we wanted done. Once they were done, I felt like it was a new home! Wonderful job team! Definitely will be a repeat customer!

Never showed up. Waited 4 hours. Accidents happen but i received a confirmation by email that stated friday at 10 for a walk through. The cleaning was supposed to occur on monday after the walk- through on friday. When i called, i got an answering service who passed the message on. Company has some work to do on scheduling and communication.
