I recently had an air conditioner and water heater installed, and the entire experience was outstanding. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived exactly when promised. They stayed focused on the job, worked efficiently, and treated our home with great care.
I especially appreciated how careful they were around our landscaping and plants outside, as well as protecting our floors and keeping the work area clean indoors. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and there were no surprises along the way.

Jake and team with Modern are top notch. My AC randomly stopped working after business hours and they were here within an hour. Keegan P was extremely professional and fixed it promptly. I joined the membership so we can do preventative maintenance in the future.
