Nick and Dakota came today and both were extremely professional! Got my heat going again and gave peace of mind by throughly explaining what the cause was and how they were able to repair. Great team that I will definitely be using in the future.

Nick and Levi worked as a team to put my two gas fireplaces back in good working order - they worked as a great team and gave me very useful information on what I could do to keep the fireplaces operating properly. They were very careful to not track anything in, even with the morning rain. Work was efficient and charge was reasonable making me a very happy customer. Call Metro and if you get these guys you will be in good hands.

Truly Saved the Day
I can’t thank Metro Heating and Cooling enough — especially Matt, the technician who came to the rescue. I called late on a Thursday night during an extreme heatwave (forecasted temps over 98° and a 107° heat index). Another major HVAC company in town — who I have a paid service contract with and who advertises 24/7 emergency service — told me no one could even come out until Monday, four days later.
