Cindy was the person who took care of us for this experience. I believe the only staff in the DSM office. She did a phenomenal job. I had previously tried another one in town and had a very bad experience from prints, to upselling beyond what was needed. Cindy did the opposite. When I said I thought I need something for functional reasons she said no you don’t and let me tell you why. I have been so pleased with the service and attention to my wishes that I received from McCall Monument. I do not live in Iowa, so all of my interactions have been by phone calls and email. I requested some design elements for the marker I was ordering. McCall Monument continued to work with me until we achieved the look I was hoping for.
