I’m incredibly thankful for Dr Steenhagen and Dr Kendall for taking care of my Daisy girl. My dog had some bumps on her side and they turned out to be low grade tumors. We got them removed a week later. It’s been a month now and she is doing well. Dr Steenhagen is so kind, gentle and respectful. I appreciate them both for seeing her so quickly and multitasking with me to get stuff done!

The staff and docs were all amazing. Answered all of my questions (and I had a lot as a first time pet parent). My pup felt comfortable with the staff and was rewarded with treats. Very clear pricing and recommendations.

As much as I wanted to love this place due to its recommendations it was an absolutely no for me, to begin with our dog needed her hips & joints to be sent in to the ofa for approval, when we looked online for details regarding our appointment, we realized we were being billed for two same X-rays, 1 was the original method & the second was the newer method. Spoke to two different receptionist they were 100% sure their site was incorrect that we needed both. When we asked for the invoice we gave our email. For some reason the two separate occasions where we verified them our email address no one thought it was ideal to correct it until the 3rd time we asked what they had and they finally read off what was on file & it was absolutely way off . Okay xrays got done we realized the dob & address was incorrect & had typos so we called right away because with the ofa organization everything has to be 100%. We spoke to the veterinarian directly & she stated she’d correct it. We end up waiting for our GSD results from the ofa all to find out the dob was still incorrect but also our dogs name was incorrect as well! They put a capitol i instead of an L. Here we go again mind you this is our like 6th time correcting due to typos on their end. We call and instead of the office taking accountability and trying to fix it, now all they did was refer us to the ofa to try to fix it when they were the ones who sent our dogs paperwork full of typos. Super unprofessional & definitely not to count on.. can’t imagine giving my dog a medicine dose from them..

I brought my cat for a groom with anesthesia. I was quoted a price and double checked it twice when making the appointment. Brought my cat in at 7am to find out the quote was off by $300! Very disappointing. Be sure you ask for a quote in writing so you don't get stuck paying $400 to get your car groomed!
