Iles Funeral Home made my experience as a daughter having to step up and take the responsibilities of preparing her mother’s cremation so easy. As soon as I walked in I felt at ease with Joe. He made every step easy to understand he didn’t make me feel pressured to decide anything that day. He talked us through everything and gave us all our options and took care of everything they needed to on their side immediately. This was the best place we could have chosen to take care of my mom in her final chapter of her life. We thank them with everything in us for making this such an easy transition and not stressful. I've worked with 2 directors in the past couple years. Both were amazing. They walk you through everything in such a hard time. Dunns is such a beautifully serene and unique place for a final goodbye. I wouldn't take my loved ones anywhere else.
Throughout our family deaths across multiple generations we have used Iles Funeral homes. The compassion, knowledge and thoroughness of services that Iles provides always brings us comfort when we need it most. Thank you to Shawn and his team for their endless patience during this latest loss of our mother, the last in her generation.
