I was very surprised to find everything you dream of but rarely get. I had been with another service for 15+ yrs. Recent events made me question their integrity so I got a coupon in the mail from Honest Wrenches and took my car for an oil change. The former place said I need new breaks, struts, and pads. During the oil change and wintering they inspected brakes and other things. Much to my surprise, I didn't need break work at all. In fact they also got details from Car Facts, that same previous business had done my brakes a few years ago. I'm a senior they were trying to take advantage of. Great service! Mechanics are thoughtful and good at communicating. They clearly overview any needed repairs and the reasoning for repairs. Aaron and Ben were very helpful and patiently answered all my questions. Thanks!
Honest wrenches continues to provide us with quality, reasonably priced automotive services. The front office and the technicians with whom we have dealt are friendly, knowledgeable, and listen to our concerns and questions with great care. They are also very upfront about what your car needs and help you prioritize immediate needs vs those that can be done at a later date.
