The salon prioritizes cleanliness, as observed through the unpackaging of individual use tools and the cleanliness of the bathroom. The staff provides detailed and professional pedicures, carefully trimming cuticles without causing pain and being gentle around any problem areas. One customer, Elsa, even went above and beyond to repair a broken nail, demonstrating the high level of skill and dedication of the employees at Golden Nails. Overall, Golden Nails provides a professional and clean environment for their services.
We came to get pedicures for a bachelorette weekend and had great service. The staff were ready for us when we arrived. The place seemed very clean (even the bathroom was clean). We watched as they unpackaged the tools to use on each of us, and observed multiple small foot scrubbers lined up on the carts that appeared to be single use for each individual. They spent time to thoroughly trim cuticles without causing pain. They were careful and gentle around cuts or other problem areas on our feet. Overall we had a great experience and were impressed by the professionalism and cleanliness.
Made a spontaneous walk-in trip and very pleased! Friendly staff and nails look great! Very reaaonable pricing, mani with tips & dip + pedi with gel for a total of $103! Most detailed pedicure I've had in a long time in terms of trimming cuticles etc.
Elsa went above and beyond to repair my broken nail by doing new top coat on all of my nails again. She is so great at her job and she knows what she is doing.Very professional and clean environment too. Will always go to her and will recommend it to all of my friends.Thank you for a great service always!ZinaService: Manicure
