The salon was clean and staff was friendly. The staff really took their time and included a lot of little things not everywhere does ... The pedicure had a leg massage and took off calluses. The manicure included a hand massage and cuticle oil. Many places skip on these things or rush you through. My nails turned out amazing I love how they look!

This place was a whole experience! Ti was fantastic and gave us exactly what we were looking for. 10/10 recommend!! Merle Hay Nails staff were amazing as they took the time to give each and every individual the attention they deserve. They didn't skip steps or treat ya like a number. The prices were also reasonable. We left the overpriced and lack of attention nail shops in West Des Moines for a place that truly values us.
