I called because the home button on my iPad is stuck. I called to see if that was something that the gentleman could fix. He was so honest with me and helped me get a virtual home button on the screen so I don’t have to see if someone can actually fix the button itself. And all that assistance was on the phone. He was terrific. Highly recommend.
