Donnell was great in helping to get my mortgage. She got me pre-approved quickly (starting off online), helped me understand the different loan products that were available to me, and worked directly with my realtor to help me iron out the details I didn't want to know about. When it came time to move on my house, it was just out of my budget I set for myself. Donnell worked quickly to ensure the loan went through. When it came time for the final signing, everything went very smooth and flawlessly. She is passionate about her job and serves her members well! I cannot recommend her enough!
