These people are scam scam artist that try to take a vantage of people. We moved into a house and lived there for two years when we moved in the carpet was sticky and smelled like urine they said they couldn’t smell it when we moved out they charge us for everything that they could they took our deposit and tried to charge us $500 do not rent from these people they are scam artists and very rude
No responsibilty for the condition of their properties. They look when you move in and when you move out. Anything inbetween, good luck. We have screen shots of our previous review outlining the damage to our property by your tree and removing that review or this one doesnt remove your knowledge of remaining danger from possible future damage by part of your tree that remains.
I used this company to manage my property and they let the tenants DESTROY my property. I have had to do thousands of dollars in work. I requested inspections multiple times and they refused to do them. They trashed my house and my yard. This company only cares about getting money.
