The dispatcher was amazing given the furnace is my 93 old mothers who lives alone. They immediately got someone there for her. All other companies I called said we’d have to wait until Monday. Caleb quickly assessed the situation and had it resolved within minutes. Great job, Des Moines Comfort- you have a customer for life!!

These guys are great and always take good care of us. Matt was great today and very thorough, even cleaned my outside unit for me even though the issue was inside. Love the DSM comfort team!
