It took me a long time to find the right heating and cooling company that I felt comfortable having in my home.
Lee Rose the owner of Des Moines Comfort is a really nice guy and goes above and beyond my expectations. I have been using Des Moines Comfort for years now and every one of his workers are nice and courteous, but most of all they know their stuff.
I have them service my air conditioner and furnace every year and I also have them clean out my dryer vent every year to prevent a fire. They are very fair with their prices and they are very good at explaining what needs fixed and why.
Matt did a great job! Talked through a couple options with him. They got me on the schedule first thing Monday as requested. Parts came in early and they were ready to install immediately. Communication was quick and accurate. Couldn’t ask for a better crew to handle things.
