Very disappointing experience. We experienced difficulties with communication and timing during the pour to which the concrete didn’t set up in an acceptable manner. When concerns were raised, accountability and customer service were lacking. We expected a middle of the road solution to the issue and did not receive it. Would not recommend for residential concrete projects.

We had a very disappointing experience with Concrete Supply after a major pour for our garage floor and patio. There were significant concerns with the timing, coordination, and handling of multiple concrete trucks during the pour, which ultimately resulted in issues with our finished concrete and substantial additional costs.

Despite documented inconsistencies in truck timing, conflicting explanations, and concerns raised during the process itself, the company refused to provide any meaningful assistance or accountability afterward.
