“Dr. Pulley and the team are awesome! Casey is an incredible office manager/scheduler/all-around handlizer, and has the best decorated office around! The new front desk person (so sorry I am terrible with names!) is a welcome addition who despite being newer to the office, has fit right in seamlessly! These guys can’t be beat. Incredible appointment availability, flexibility for when life gets in the way and you’re running a little behind, effective and FAST treatment that gets you back in action, and compassionate yet hilarious staff that will have you laughing as you walk out the door. Dr. Pulley is the best chiro I’ve ever had. My issues aren’t as complex, but my husband’s are, and that didn’t phase Doc at all. He will treat anyone he can, and will customize your treatment to be safe and as effective as possible even when other chiros won’t even entertain a basic consultation visit.Their pricing is probably the best you’ll find, they accept cash and card payments. If you have insurance, be sure to use it too! They don’t push gimmicky (and expensive) treatment plans or gadgets, supplements or other random things like other some local chiro offices do. With an appointment, you can be in and out in 15-30 minutes most days. They have awesome operating hours that make before and after work visits possible for the majority of patients. Parking can be a little bit of a challenge at times, with limited visitor spaces in their building’s lot. During busy times, park on the street for the best value. Metered street spots are cheaper than the structure across the street. Check their website for detailed parking info and operating hours, it’s always up-to-date thanks to Casey’s mad skills! The cheap ones were really quick and the fancy ones had more options, but nothing beats the care and precision that Dr. Bates provides on a consistent basis. She gives the greatest attention to detail when checking current alignment, and she does not simply go for every crack or the biggest cracks. She adjusts what is needed, and learns your body's needs more and more over a few visits. I truly feel safer and in better hands than with any other chiropractor I have had. As a Disabled Veteran with chronic leg issues that plague my hips and back, I am so thankful to have found Dr. Bates to alleviate my pain and live a more active life in comfort I thought I would never get back.“

“I have been going to Dr Susan for many years. She has helped me with sinus problems, back problems, and aches and pains. Last January 2019 I fell on the ice and bruised my tailbone. That was very painful, however Dr Susan really helped me recover from that. There have also been times when I've injured my back due to falling off a horse, and injuring it at work, but after just one visit (no joke) I felt much better. She does take insurance or self-pay. She's a great chiropractor and I recommend her on a semi-regular basis to all of my friends on Facebook.“
