I woke up one morning & couldn't move my neck without excruciating pain. After trying the usual route of going to my Dr & getting xrays & being sent to a nuerosurgeon with a slipped disk & several bulging disks where I was told nothing could be done as I was not a surgical candidate, yet. Ok, I'm not ready for surgery on my neck anyway. They suggested physical therapy. So in talking with my nurse daughter, she recommended I try Dr Stickel at Adio Chiropractic.
