I love Broadlawns all together. The Cityville clinic is very welcoming and comfortable. It doesn't feel like you're just sitting in a normal doctor office waiting room. It's been spruced up to have a more welcoming feeling. The front desk staff are amazing and personable and the nurses and doctors are understanding, they listen & HEAR you which is very important in my healthcare.
Dr. Kennedy is an exceptional provider who truly stands out for both expertise and compassion. From the very beginning, she made me feel heard and understood, taking the time to listen carefully without ever making me feel rushed. Her patience and thoughtful approach created a sense of comfort and trust that is so important in healthcare.
What really impressed me is how knowledgeable and insightful Dr. Kennedy is, while still being incredibly kind and approachable. She explains things clearly, answers questions thoroughly, and genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being.
