I am beyond livid at Bed Bath & Beyond's return process. Returning one of two shower curtains I purchased, got an RMA number, got a scan code and a week and a half went by until I returned. When I went to retrieve my scan code from their website it was gone. It wasn't even showing that I was returning the shower curtain anymore, but it said that if I needed help to call. Thank goodness I took a snapshot of the code, however, now we're on the page was Bed Bath & Beyond's name. I called the Bed Bath & Beyond to confirm that I had the right scan code because I had bought things from a few stores and I was making a few returns.
