I've gone to Stefani three times now for cut/color. I color my hair a pretty vibrant red and have for about 8 years. Sometimes, the color has faded (especially because I'm a swimmer) but so far it has held up fabulously to my abuse each time with the products and techniques they use! All of the stylists at the salon are friendly and experienced. They are also more mature with many years in the industry which makes this salon relaxed and fun, but I know that all of the stylists treat clients with great respect and professionalism. Each stylist is his or her own business owner, so they don't have centralized booking or phone service. If you call, they may be with another customer but will get back to you. I have found that once I had a relationship with a Stefani established, it has been easy to just text her for bookings. I assume that the other stylists are the same. I highly recommend this fun little salon...plus it is in the East Village so you can grab a delicious lunch or cup of tea before or after your service. Perfect!
