Sonia and Santos are honest, reliable and efficient at what they do. We got several quotes for waterproofing our basement as well as opinions on what needed done to remedy one bowed wall. Basement rehab was by far the most reasonably priced. The other quotes suggested removing the bowed wall and completely replacing it. When we mentioned this to Santos during our quote walkthrough, he was quick to point out that it was not necessary to replace and that he could brace the wall for much less cost. His crew was punctual and kept to the timeline promised. It’s been a year since their team finished with our basement and it’s been dry since.

Sonia, Santos, and their crew are awesome! I got 3 estimates for a basement waterproofing system, and I'm convinced I picked the right one. The other 2 seemed like slick used car salesmen, but Sonia and Santos seemed like honest people doing a job and taking pride in their work. That initial impression proved to be accurate. Their crew showed up on time, did the job well, in a timely manner, and they cleaned up when they were done. A few days later, we had water come in again after their system was installed, and they came out to help us figure out where it was coming from. It was a leaky old window and the well around it. Thanks a bunch, I will recommend you to anyone and everyone who needs work done on their basements. Oh, and their price was easier to live with than the other bids I got, too.

I called several companies before Basement Rehab, I chose this company, they were one of two that would do the work. They are professional, answered my questions, took pictures as they worked and if something new was discovered I was shown right away, they are excellent!!!!!! They will be doing more work on other projects for me. Did I mention my house is 118 years old, they had no fear, my basement was a nightmare!!! Thank you Santos, Sonja and crew your my hero's!!!!! 😁😇👍❤
