My husband and I were going through the inspection process on a house we wanted to buy, and we wanted a second opinion on the basement/foundation situation. The sellers disclosed “water events” and noted that repairs were done, but we had some questions and concerns. Another company quoted us $11,000 in further repairs needed but wouldn’t clearly explain why repairs were needed and heavily emphasized we should do them as soon as possible. Still waiting! Your windows failed the inspection! Your people said they've installed hundreds of them, and mines the only one that failed. I'm going to start to contact cities, counties to find out where. I'll make sure you pay for my struggle to get my windows done. Where ever I find a job I'll contact the city inspector to see why they passed and mine didn't it's the same window and rules can't vary that much. I will make it my purpose to put you through the ringer! With 100s of installs I'm going make sure those insertions fail
Neal and his team completed our basement waterproofing system today and did a great job. Very professional, everything was well explained and cleanup was thorough. It was all done in one day and much less of an inconvenience than we were expecting. BAM had done a system in our daughter’s home several years ago, so we knew BAM was the way to go and they did not disappoint. We highly recommend them.
