BAM! Basements and Masons of Des Moines

I had to reinforce a wall in my basement and I had a really great experience working with Nick! The work was done well, and affordable.

Every person I worked with from BAM! was personable and respectful. I recommend working with them.

Neil, PJ and Tyler were prompt, friendly and efficient. They did a nice job of explaining the process, and came in and knocked out the work accurately and quickly.

Had them break up some concrete and run an artery from a leak location to the sump pump. The guys were great and professional. Got the job done a little quicker than initially anticipated and it was great work. Highly recommend.

I had the worst experience imaginable with their sales guy. However the pre job inspector helped out and, we decided to go with the company in site of our experience thus far. Then the work was done and it was amazing. The crew was friendly, efficient, and did a great job. The Forman was on point and did a great job running the job and his crew. Glad we powered through and went with this company.

Can't say enough good things BAM. The office staff her friendly and helpful when I was setting up my initial appointment and also for follow up interactions. Nick H came out and talked to me through what they would want to do to fix my basement walls. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept in the loop as to when they would be coming and also called me the morning of to let me know when they would be here. The guys that did the actual work kept me updated and were very friendly and helpful also. They walked me through the finished areas and let me know what I needed to do in the future. I feel confidence In the work that they did and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Jake from B.A.M! was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to conduct a thorough inspection of our garage foundation. He explained our options in great detail and was happy to reframe things when we needed him to. He was professional, honest, and clearly has his customers' best interests at heart. He truly cared about finding the best solution for us. We highly recommend Jake and B.A.M!

BAM helped me finally have piece of mind about my basement. Today, there was a small leak and they came right out. Michael Sorter was my tech and he was very thorough and made sure to show me his work and make sure all questions were answered before he left. Great service and highly recommend.

Excellent job from the Estimate, Pre-Work Inspection to Completion of the Wall Supports!

From start to finish everything was an A+. I had TJ come out to give me an estimate and he was super knowledgeable and patient with me when asking questions or having concerns. We had our basement windows and Wells removed and blocked in so that we could do a garden project. They were able to get us on a cancelation list to move us up. It was 30% down up front and the rest due after the work was complete. There were 3 guys who did the work and all were very nice, respectful, and courteous. I added some extra plastering on the outside and they couldn't finish it that day, so they came out the following week to finish up. Called before they came and cleaned up after themselves. Overall I was very impressed and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Bam was there on too, did a nice job, and workers were very respectful and accommodating.
