Nail tech kept fidgeting wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. Too much dip on some nails and all over cuticles doesn't cover completely on other nails. She nicked natural nails with tool and shortened them after I told her no. Then charged me more then last time!!10//23 went back and they redid all my nails no charge. Very pleased with this experience. Nails are covered completely and not over on cuticles. So I'm changing my rating to a 4. But it was the manager who had done them before and told me she's really busy but you should still pay more attention to job your working on. Ty

No conversation after many attempts. The amount of my natural nails that got filed down was more than I wanted. A few dips don't cover my whole nail, makes it look way smaller than the other. Other than that and the price changed a few times they look nice.

These ladies are the best. They are always friendly, professional, and accommodating. I. come here every time I need my nails done. I came in today because one of my dip nails had chipped and they fixed it for free. Highly recommend Andy’s!
