From start to finish, Josh and Daniel, with 1-Tom-Plumber, were exceptional to work with. I received several quotes for our plumbing project. This is what made 1-Tom standout: the person who did the quote was going to be the same person who did the work, the quote was given immediately, they wore shoe covers while in our home, Josh listened to what we needed and didn’t condescend the choices we had made, and, finally, all of the people we interacted with were respectful and responsive. I was interested in a general mold inspection and we ultimately didn’t need it. They drove all the way down to me and told me all the facts and then didn’t charge me for anything. Amazing customer service!
