Daniel S is thee man of men! He came over and got the job done real quick, explained how and why he was going to do what he did, and was a cool cat as well. Hoping I never need to call 911 Restoration again, if you feel me, but if I ever need work done like this again, I’ll be calling them and requesting Daniel S. Bad to the bone, fellas

From start to finish, Josh and Daniel, with 1-Tom-Plumber, were exceptional to work with. I received several quotes for our plumbing project. This is what made 1-Tom standout: the person who did the quote was going to be the same person who did the work, the quote was given immediately, they wore shoe covers while in our home, Josh listened to what we needed and didn’t condescend the choices we had made, and, finally, all of the people we interacted with were respectful and responsive. They went the extra mile, serving us with knowledge and expertise, and we’ll be sure to have their number in our phone for the next job we have!

I strongly do not recommend 911 Restoration for restoration services in the Des Moines area. They do not know what they are doing when it comes to water restoration, they overbill, have horrible customer service, and do not work well with insurance. They’ve made a challenging situation even more difficult.

We had a positive experience with 911 Restoration, during the mitigation process. Once the water leak was dealt with, and it was time for reconstruction, nothing more occurred for 6 weeks, during which time we received no communication from them, except sometimes when we reached out first. We finally gave up, went with a different company, and the work—drywall, painting, flooring—were all done within a week. Do not recommend.
