If I could give this company zero stars, I would because it doesn’t even deserve the one. We have a 3 year old TRANE furnace and it went into early heat exchanger failure two days before Christmas. We had Northwest heating and Air come to look at it and they told us TRANE didn’t have a heat exchanger on hand and it would take 30 BUSINESS DAYS to make a new one. We have three little ones and have been running 9 heaters to keep the house at a comfortable temperature. (You can only imagine what our electric bill will look like) we had to take our little ones to a hotel from Jan 19th-Jan 24.
